  • Graduate students will also be presenting their research at this annual ACSIR conference, which will provide the undergraduate students the opportunity to learn from students who are at an advanced level
  1. To get one step ahead of the competition for graduate school:
  • Participation in the ACSIR program will allow these students to be exposed to the many exciting UT Austin research opportunities. As a result, more students will be motivated to attend our graduate program.
  • For those students who choose to attend other schools, participation in the ACSIR program will set their research skills apart from other students, further enhancing the national reputation of the UT Austin undergraduate program.
  1. To be mentored by a graduate student:
  • Each undergraduate student will be assigned a graduate student who will serve as their mentor and support them throughout their participation in the ACSIR program.
