Dr. Perez is a Research Associate for the ITP (Implementing Effective Treatment Practices with CLD Children) Project. She also teaches the graduate course, “Collaborative Models of Assessment and Intervention for Bilingual Children”. Her interests are in the areas of early childhood intervention, bilingual special education, and Spanish/English literacy issues. Dr. Perez has extensive experience working with infants and toddlers, and school age children from bilingual (Spanish/English) backgrounds. She also serves several school districts on a consultant basis.
